Features Of Hydraulic Plate Rolling Machine :
The hydraulic rolling machine is widely used in petroleum, chemical industry, cement, boiler, shipbuilding, aviation, water conservancy, power transmission towers and other machinery and equipment. Its working principle is rotating bending deformation.
A cylinder can be rolled, including the pre-bending of both ends, feeding the plate forward
through the rolls, one time only. The operator should find only one position for each side roll, to
get the part finished which is supported by permanent lubrication technology (bearing life period
without refueling).

Description:
Roller bending hydraulic plate rolling machine has a plate end pre-bending function, which can finish metal sheet feeding one time, and can complete the plate-end pre-bending and the work piece’s rolling to shape without U-turn. The upper working roll on the machine is driving roll, the lower roll and two rolls on both sides all apply hydraulic transmission, the lifting displacement is controlled by computer with
auto-leveling and screen displaying, synchronization accuracy of ± 0.2mm, the pouring and resetting of the retroflexed bearing body all apply hydraulic transmission, the tail of the upper roll is equipped with a balancing mechanism which can easily unload the work piece and cylindrical shell after rolling ,equipped with independent mobile console which can be moved and operated at any time.
